Fatburger in Barstow

Went through the drive through hard to tell if the place is even open. Food took a long time to get but guess it's fresh . The burger I wasn't too impressed by especially for the price I would much rather go across the street to Habit of I'm going to pay that much. Burger was flooded with relish add mustard and it sorta killed it.

Me and a group of approximately 55 guest were served in less than 45 minutes. The service was excellent with very pleasant staff. I highly recommend the Turkey burger with onions rings.

Drive thru takes forever. Went inside to use the restroom, after my order wasn't ready when i pulled to the window and there was only one person inside for takeout. Whole crew working behind the counter, yet my food was cold? On top of that, the bathrooms smell like they have some sort of sewage issue. They get 1 star only because I didn't get food poisoning! Should have went to In-N-Out!

Worst customer service, was told by manager after being stuck in his drive thru for over 40 mins that he was busy and didnt have time to place a sign stating they were out of wings on there order (which was the whole reason we came here). He was rude and sarcastically said sorry as he shut the window in our face. we are locals and if this isnt addressed I will not come back. We left without ordering food and had to go elsewhere.btw only gave 1 star because I couldnt post no stars

Nice, thick burger. You cant go wrong with the Large or XXL if you're really hungry. The employees were friendly and accommodating.

Did a pit stop, and tried Fat burgers for the first time. Never been to a Fat burgers before, but definitely coming back. Good food and customer service.

Burger was ok fries were cold service was slow, go to In & out instead

Food was very good and hot. Prices are a little more expensive but I'm ok paying for it since the burgers are better than most fast food places. It's better than in and out. Meat is better and so are the fries

I asked for cheese fries and they shlopped cheese on it but didnt heat it up. I also asked for ranch but they didnt give it to me. HORRIBLE customer service!

I personally love fat burger. Been going to fat burger since I was young. You just have to know exactly how you want it made. I usually get extra mayo and bacon on mines. Its delicious. Their fries are all that. But the bugers and onion rings are delectable. The chicken wings are prett good too. I personally don't think they are on the level of Wingstop or BWW. But still good.

Hands down the BEST burger I have ever eaten in my life. The owners are extremely nice people as well. I will definitely stop by here again when I'm passing through

The boneless wings were disgusting, overcooked previously and cold! My husband said his chili burger was decent the service was mediocre at best.

They will not cook the burger the way you want to eat it. The meat is cooked hard as a rock on the outside and dry inside. When you spend the amount of money for that price I want it cooked medium not well done burnt on the edge of the meat. Test and flavor is what a burger is all about. Other then that a friendly staff, place is clean and the service was fast..

Good burger, but not very clean. Restaurant was slow, so no excuse. No soap in men's bathroom, no toilet paper in women's.

HORRIBLE, we took almost 20 minutes in the drive thru and horible customer service. The lady was very rude, and didnt even give us all the food we ordered, and even got some of the foods wrong. While we were waiting they were on there phones. They lied to us because we asked if we could have a milk shake and said no. When we got out the car to show we didnt get all the food, they said they acually did have milk shake. So thats why its HORIBLE. DONT COME HERE!!!

I love Fatburger. It was so good. Fst burger fat fries and ice cold Coke. Best way to end a trip from Vegas.

The burger was freshly made and so delicious and with steak fries...couldn't ask for much more...will sure return again.

Biggest burger I ever eaten!It's was also tastes pretty decent.Not the best burger but the sheer size is enough to compensate. Next time I'll get it without the toppings they tend to dominate the sandwich.

This is our first time at a fatburger. Wow it is incredible! The staff here was super friendly and polite. They made quite the impression on us, considering I am still sitting at their tables inside leaving a review before we have even finished our food. 5/5 thank you!

Drive thru took about 30 mins which is why the one star, with only two cars head of me. Food was good. Lady who helped me was nice seems like they're understaffed.

First timer to this Fatburger. I enjoyed the Large Burger with works. Boca Burger with works good too. Will have to return to try more items. Returned week later and enjoyed it more. Hand made patty. FB has Impossible, Boca and Veggie Burgers for Flextarians. Wife had Veggie.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. To get to the drive thru you have to drive past the dumpsters. The person taking our order was rude and short with us after having us repeat everything two and three times because there was another headset broadcasting through the ordering microphone that was confusing everyone. When we tried to tell her we could hear another conversation coming through the microphone she ignored us. At the window she was more concerned with her conversations with fellow employees than with getting our order out. It literally took 30 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food and we were the only car in line.

They close at 9pm right! Had someone waiting to order while we where on our way. They told him they closed in 15 mins which would be at 8:20 that they told him this. We live 10 mins away. So when he walked out to recieve us the person walked behind him and locked the doors.

Impossible burger. Twice the price, half the calories. Still pretty good. Relish added some nice flavors. Fat fries decent. Banana shake hit the spot.

Food is good service is good BUT the place is not clean. The tables looked clean but it felt sticky

Terrible and expensive. They burnt it to a crisp and two hamburgers and two milkshakes were $27.62I won't be back.
